Lexan Electrical Barriers

Quantum Flow has designed and is in the process of manufacturing an easy low-cost way to cover your electrical switches and indicators inside of the enclosure from possible touch potentials.

The design provides a clear lexan sheet that is grooved to allow for accurate bending and folding with only the use of a heat gun. The design will make it look like the covers even though folded on-site, look factory made. There are a few different sizes in development and utilise the mounting hole to sit between the inside panel and the switch/indicator base.

We have also included wire slots and an easily removable base for access to the switch.

 

This way any hazardous installation can be easily protected so that people cannot receive an electric shock. Being clear allows for visual inspection and peace of mind.
