Return Policy:
Customer service is our priority. We are a small team of humans, and we will do our very best to make your products. Unfortunately, we accept that mistakes on our end may happen and if it does, we will do our very best to make it right.

Please check your items on delivery to ensure they are as described and what you ordered. Please contact us via the online store messaging service and let us know if there are any problems.
We have a 14 day return policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your item has been damaged during the delivery, please take as many photos as possible and contact us so we can work out how to help you.

We send the majority of our items through Australia Post and we follow their Terms and Conditions when an item is damaged through their service. This can involve photos or taking the product AND packaging into a store for them to see. This depends on where you are located.

For minor defects we may ask you to post back to us for a refund or replacement.
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns for
- change of mind
- not suitable to your application
- colours not matching due to differences in screen variables (we try our very best)
