WARRANTIES:
This product is covered by a conditional warranty. The Quantum Flow Lock-It-Out Base, 2D Lid and 3D Base is provided with a 2 year  conditional warranty. 
A conditional 1 year warranty is provided for a padlock where it is supplied. 
Proof of purchase is required. Please provide a copy of the original purchase reciept. 
The defective part will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
